How to measure yourself
We know measuring yourself can be daunting if you’re not sure how to do it. But it’s important you get your measurements right so you can receive pieces that will fit perfectly. Here’s a guide about how to measure yourself accurately.
Measure around the back, under the arms and across the fullest part of the bust. The tape measure should be flat against the figure, against the skin but not pulling.
Start at the smallest part of your waist, where there is a natural indentation. Then bring the tape measure all the way around your body. Make sure it’s not too tight and that it’s straight, even at the back.
Find the widest part of your hips and place your measuring tape in the middle of this point by securing it with your thumb on the side of your hip. Bring the tape around your back to join at the starting point.
Start with a pair of trousers you already have that fit you well and lay them flat on the floor. Carefully measure the length from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.
