It takes time to hunt for the best new-to-you pieces that you’ll love. Each item is handpicked by your stylist and ordered especially for you. So your first box takes 2-3 weeks, then you choose the frequency.

Returns

You have a week to decide what to keep and what to return. You must send any returns on or by day 7. Just pop any returns back in the box, and use the return label we sent you in your box (make sure you cover the original label). Then we only charge you for what you keep.
